DeLay(Religious Right) Packs the Ethics Committee

     After firing two members of the US House of Representatives Ethics Committee, second ranking House Republican, Tom DeLay of Texas picks two people who have contributed to his defense fund to replace them.  DeLay is also using his force in Texas to prevent prosecutors from bringing cases against Representatives unless a _partisan_ panel OK's it.
