Maryland, a very early state having Congressional primaries this cycle, saw losses for two incumbents. On the Democrat side, a war-critic beat a war-supporter-turned-critic. On the Republican side, a 20 year veteran was beaten for being a war-supporter-turned-critic by a war-supporter.  Good news for the Democrats, because it looks like the Republican-held district leans Democrat, a hardcore Republican will alienate this district and bring it Dem.
