Tidbits

• The government of Bolivia is asking the United States to extradite a terrorist to Bolivia.  The US will probably keep him safe, though.  The identity of the killer?  Why, it's the former Bolivian President, now living in Miami.Yes, Orlando Bosch is another terrorist in Miami, Governor Jeb Bush just loves them terrorists!
• A weird article I found via Tom Paine's Blog of Blogs is a link to Reason magazine's staff blog, "Hit and Run", which links to American Conservative Magazine's article, by James Pinkerton, (Couldn't pick a pen name?) "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Imperialists", which I liked.  Especially since I *used* to think that Iraq should be divided into three parts, then I thought four (two Kurdish zones, based on PDK and PUK), and now I think two (Kurdish and Arabic).  And, I know my current answer is better than the previous two.
• Oh, and the Israeli Defense Forces are planning to give marijuana to stressed out soldiers, courtesy of Vice Squad blog.
